Shipping & Delivery

All purchases will be shipped using recycled packaging when possible. Connectors will be bubble wrapped for protection. We use the lowest cost ground method (usually USPS or UPS) to ship items at no charge. We ship all orders within 2 business days. Most shipments will arrive at your locations within 7 business days. If you need to receive your order sooner we can offer delivery via next day air at an additional cost. Please call 800-952-7221 or send us an email that includes the items you would like to purchase, where you would like them delivered and when - we will provide you with a shipping quote. We insure all shipments with full replacement value insurance.


For shipments outside the US please be aware that customs can delay packages (sometimes up to 6 weeks). It does not happen often but when it does it is not our responsibility.

Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted for 30 days from the shipping date.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us and send it back UNUSED.  Your purchase price will be refunded.  NO RESTOCKING FEES/NO HASSELS – EVER.  If there is a defect of any kind please call 800-952-7221 and we will arrange replacement of the item.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Credit Cards

You may pay for your orders with major credit cards. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card.
Generally, credit and debit card are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any applicable taxes or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order. If you ordered a special delivery item, you will be charged once a delivery time is confirmed.
At checkout, please carefully provide your exact name, billing address and telephone number that is on your credit card statement. Any incorrect information can cause a delay in processing your order. We also may need to verify the billing address and credit card owner for orders that have a delivery address that is different from its billing address and for large orders. This will require you to send us a copy of your credit card billing statement, valid ID and a photocopy of the credit card.



You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
PayPal allows consumers with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send and receive payments online using your existing financial bank accounts and credit cards to make real-time payments. PayPal is an efficient way to send a payment for items purchased on the internet and is much less time-consuming than writing and mailing paper checks. And unlike checks, which can take days to clear, most PayPal transactions clear instantly. It’s always free to send money, you receive your items faster, and it’s secure and private.


Bill Me Later

Bill Me Later is a convenient and secure way to pay on the web or over the phone. Bill Me Later lets you pay without using a credit card. At checkout, simply apply for Bill Me Later by providing your birth date and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. Accept the terms, and if approved, your purchase is complete. Bill Me Later is subject to credit approval as determined by the lender, CIT Bank, Salt Lake City, Utah, and is available to US customers who are of legal age in their state of residence. After you use Bill Me Later®, you will receive a billing statement with flexible repayment options: you can choose to pay the entire balance with no additional charges or pay a portion of the balance and regular interest charges apply. Bill Me Later® may not be used for international orders.


Wire Transfers

We accept wire transfer payments. Please contact our Customer Service at 1-800-952-7221 for details and assist you in completing your wire transaction.


Checks & Money Orders

We accept personal checks, company checks and money orders. When using these methods of payment, simply add the items you would like to order into your shopping cart and print out the shopping cart with the itemized list of Products and Order Total. Please include a copy of your itemized shopping cart printout and contact phone number with your payment. Money Orders for $500 or greater may be held up to 2 weeks to complete the authentication process; then the order will be shipped. We suggest you transmit the funds via Western Union to avoid delays in processing your order.

Western Union Quick Collect

Western Union transactions may be used for orders on our website by downloading the form during checkout or by contacting our Customer Service at 1-800-767-8468. To complete a Western Union payment:

• Go to the nearest Western Union Agent, simply call Western Union® at 1-800-525-6313, or click “Find An Agent Location Near You”.
• Make payment in cash and include any applicable shipping charges and sales tax (Texas residents, addresses only) as part of your payment. Your total price will be provided to you when you place your order online or by our Customer Service on the phone.
• Order Holding Period will be available for up to 72-hours from the time you place your order, to process it at Western Union. Once the 72-hour period has passed, the order will be canceled.

If your order is canceled and you still want the product, simply re-place your order following the previous steps.


Sales Tax Policy

We collect Sales Tax in Texas on the total amount of your order, based on Texas’ and your district’s rates.

MC4 Solar is based in Texas and as an online retailer with a physical business presence in a particular state, such as business offices or distribution warehouses; we are required to collect sales tax for customers in Texas. Purchases from all other states than Texas will not be subject to sales tax; however, consumers who live in a state that collects sales tax are technically required to pay the tax directly to the state even when an Internet retailer doesn’t collect it. This is referred to as “use” tax rather than sales tax. If you’re a tax-exempt entity, you can take advantage of tax-exempt status for applicable purchases made at MC4 Solar by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-952-7221.


Promotional Codes

Promotional Codes used on Digital Coupons are debited at the time an order is placed. Digital Coupons will automatically be redeemed to your purchase total, up to the total purchase amount. Digital Coupons must be used prior to their noted expiration date and within a single transaction. Coupons cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted or if you cancel or return your purchase. In the event of a reduction in price below the coupon value, the excess value of the coupon will not be refunded.
